Berlin, Books and Writing

An interesting possibility has recently come my way: to lead a writing and literature tour to Berlin. It's still only the whisper of an idea, but it's got me dreaming. I'm imagining a group of readers who are also aspiring, emerging or established writers keen to discover Berlin through books and music and art. I'm thinking of get togethers in inspirational places to consider those writers whose work has been shaped by Berlin, discuss our own creative endeavours and re-energise with likeminded companions. I'm seeing it as a chance to connect as a group while taking time and space to focus on our individual work, as we explore this vibrant city that continues to transform itself.
